Our service always starts at the design stage. This step is very important and lets us learn more about projects so we can deliver the best possible products. As part of the process, we will discuss your needs, devise specifications and go over important details such as tolerances and dimensions with you.

Once we settle on the design, we will move on to manufacturing. We can produce both seamed and seamless tubing in a wide range of different materials and dimensions. All of the techniques we use are tried and tested so you can expect the best results. When the pieces are finished, they can be adapted further to suit almost any need. The processes to accomplish this include expansion, reduction and swaging to adapt the diameter of the tube and the thickness of the wall.

As well as the dimensions, we can also offer services to change the shape of the tubing. Tube bending techniques allow lengths to be bent in a number of ways, from simple curves to tight spirals or angles. The process takes care to ensure that the wall thickness remains constant and there are no flaws. Our experienced team can manipulate tubes while ensuring that their strength and integrity are not compromised in any way.

To finalise the tubing, the ends can be adapted so that pieces fit together. We can drill holes and provide galvanisation and other coating techniques too. We are also able to provide welding and fabrication whenever necessary. If you are using tubes as part of a larger piece we can assemble it for you so it is complete when delivered.
